2. Our machine occupies little space but is as functional and high-capacity as large industrial filling lines.
3. The system includes a total of 4 different stations, all of which work synchronously with each other.
4. The disinfectant filling machine is a fully domestic production and design machine. All design and development stages were carried out by our engineers and automation team at RENAS R&D, making it the first domestic production tabletop fully automatic line in Turkey.
5. Our company's pricing policy for this fully automatic industrial filling line aims to gain profit from volume, and as a part of our social responsibility, we aim to support small or medium-sized manufacturers in our country by offering them a fully automatic line at the price of semi-automatic machines sold by our competitors.
6. Although the disinfectant filling machine operates a complex system and reaches the capacity of a 4-nozzle line, its ergonomic design allows it to be operated by just one person.
7. It does not require industrial electricity and can easily be operated with just a 30-liter compressor in models with a standard filling system. We can also modify the cap unit to operate without air if needed.
8. The system operates incredibly quietly, with total noise levels around 60 dB in standard models, which is nearly as quiet as a standard human conversation, ensuring it does not cause discomfort in the work environment.

RES-MFCL1 Disinfectant Filling Machine Operating Procedure

• First Station: This is the Feeding Tray, made entirely of SUS 304 stainless steel, with adjustable speed. It feeds the bottles you place on it to the rotary table, and the system automatically takes the bottles placed on this table.
• Second Station: This is the Filling Station. The bottles automatically placed on the rotary table from the feeding tray are filled at this station. Our machine comes with the RYD-E model electronic liquid filling machine as standard at no extra cost, but depending on your specific needs, a pneumatic volumetric system for filling liquids or creams can be adapted. Pricing information and other detailed information regarding this option are provided below.
• Third Station: At this station, the cap is placed on the bottle filled at the filling station. In the standard machine, the cap feeding system is manual, but as an option, you can add a fifth station, i.e., an automatic cap sealing station. Additionally, our cap system can be designed to close spray or trigger caps, vial caps, metal crimping caps, twist-off caps, or any other type of cap, depending on your needs. The system provided with the standard machine is designed to close screw caps.
• Fourth Station: At this station, the cylindrical bottles that have been filled and capped in the previous stations are automatically labeled. The standard labeling machine included with the machine is designed to label round bottles, but you can opt for a system that labels flat, double-sided, or oval bottles as well.

Optional Features That Can Be Added to the RES-MFCL1 Disinfectant Filling Machine

Filling Unit:

• Pneumatic Cream Filling System: By adding this feature to the hand disinfectant filling machine, you can fill both liquid products and high-viscosity products like creams, pastes, and shampoos. With this option, your filling speed will be much higher than with the standard electric filling machine, especially for high volumes, but a larger compressor is required when this option is added. Our machine has four different filling ranges: 2.5-60ml, 5-100ml, 10-200ml, 30-300ml. The price for this option is 7,000₺.
• Pneumatic Cream Filling System Product Hopper Mixer and Heater: If you need to fill or mix a product that requires heating with the pneumatic cream filling system, an additional cost of 2600₺ is charged for the heater option and 3200₺ for the mixer.
• Pneumatic Liquid Filling System: With this feature added to the disinfectant filling machine, you can fill high and medium viscosity liquids much faster than with the existing electric filling machine. Like the pneumatic cream filling option, this option also requires a larger compressor. The price for this option is 4,900₺.

Capping Unit:

• Spray and Trigger Cap Sealing System: By adapting this sealing system to the disinfectant filling machine, you can seal all spray, spout caps, trigger caps, and all screw caps without needing a separate sealing mold, simply by making adjustments. The price for this option is 15,600₺.
• Twistoff Cap Sealing System: With this feature added to the disinfectant filling machine, you can seamlessly seal Twistoff metal caps used for products like honey, jam, pickles, etc., to create a vacuum effect. The price for this option is only 14,950₺.
• Vial Cap Sealing System: With this feature added to the disinfectant filling machine, you can seal vial caps. The price for this option is only 13,500₺.
• Crimp Cap Sealing System: Especially for caps that close with top pressure, we can apply this option without any additional cost.

Labeling Unit:

• Cylindrical Rolling System: You can opt for this feature, especially for bottles with a risk of bulging and wrinkling. The price for this option is 3,400₺. It applies pressure to your bottle to smooth the label and minimize the risk of bulging.
• Flat Single-Sided Labeling: Designed for single-sided labels on flat bottles, this option also includes additional upper and side alignment conveyors. The price for this option is 11,300₺.
