RYK-800 - General Features of 75-95mm Lemonade Sealing Machine

1. Designed to seal cups with diameters of 95 mm and 75 mm.
2. It is a machine that is extremely easy to use, occupies little space, and has low electricity consumption.

4. The industrial lemonade sealing machine comes with a reducing mold. This allows you to seal the mouth of cups with a diameter of either 75 mm or 95 mm with foil. Switching between these two sizes is extremely easy.
5. Compatible with different types of packaging. You can use it with all types of packaging that come in continuous roll form like PP, triplex, polyethylene, monoplex, duplex, aluminum foil, or single-piece aluminum foil, and it will work seamlessly.
6. It is a manual lemonade sealing machine. However, thanks to the alignment points on it, you can always seal from the same spot on photo-cell marked prints.
7. There is a heat setting on the machine. This feature ensures smooth operation with different types of packaging.
8. The lemonade sealing machine has a built-in cutting blade. This allows you to cut the product of the desired diameter from the continuous roll packaging without requiring a second process.
9. A conversion kit for diameters below 95 mm is available from Renas Makina. This allows you to easily use the machine for sealing ayran (yogurt drink), water, cotton candy, acuka (spicy paste), dairy desserts, yogurt, raw meatballs, meals, and other similar products.
10. The cutting blade of the machine has a diameter of 95 mm even when the cup diameter is reduced. You can remove the blade if you prefer not to use it.
