4. The standard model features a 2.2 kW 1400 RPM motor.
5. Includes motor speed adjustment, allowing different mixing speeds at various stages of the process.
6. Parts in contact with the mixed product are made from antibacterial materials.
7. Even if the mixer’s feet are not fixed to the ground, it does not shake with products of medium density. However, it is recommended to secure the mixer to the ground if it has stabilization feet.
8. The mixing vessel's product discharge outlets and the connections for heating and cooling walls feature a flanged ferrule system. This system allows quick assembly and disassembly of the parts, making maintenance and cleaning very easy.
9. The interior product wall of the mixing vessel is made from 3 mm SUS 304 stainless steel, and the exterior heating and cooling walls are made from 2 mm SUS 304 stainless steel.
10. The angle of the vessel’s bottom dome can be customized based on your production needs.
11. Suitable for both heating and cooling processes. For example, you can fill the heating wall with water for cream production, then drain and refill with water for cooling.
