Operation of the 50-2500gr Nut Filling Machine

The operation of the machine is as follows:

• Pour the product from the 40L feeding hopper into the weighing bucket.
• Initial two or three fills are done randomly to determine the required filling speed.
• When the target weight is reached, a short beep sounds, and a long beep if it is exceeded or underfilled.
• After weighing, it waits for you to press the pedal. It will not perform a new weighing until you press the pedal.
• Pressing the pedal opens the product discharge cover and keeps it open until the weight is zero or close to zero.
• After the cover closes, vibration resumes, and the machine weighs again.
• If the product in the feeding hopper decreases and vibration strength is excessive, it adjusts the vibration speed until it reaches the target weight, trying different speeds to get as close as possible to the target weight.
• If the feeding hopper is empty, it continues vibrating for a while. If it cannot complete the weight, it emits a long beep to stop the filling, and will not resume until you press the pedal and start the weighing again.
