1. The RBS-H125K powder and granule conveying screw conveys all powder, granular and powder granule mixtures to different heights. It is especially used for less labor and effortless transportation of products processed or filled in systems such as packaging machines, semi-automatic and fully automatic filling machines, dosing systems, mixers.
2. Thanks to the many types of control panels produced by our company, it can work automatically or manually in many integrated systems.
3. Thanks to its wheeled bunker structure, you can easily use it in many different machines or areas in your business and you can relocate it effortlessly. Relocation can be done by one person when the bunker is empty.
4. 125 mm feed channel diameter. Thanks to the spiral leaves that pass into the feeding channel without gaps, it does not leak product back. Feeding capacity is extremely high. We have models with different diameters for your higher capacity feeding needs.
5. By opening the easy-to-open drain cover at the bottom of the product and running the auger in reverse (available in 3-phase models), you can empty the feed channel and the products remaining in the auger within a few seconds and use them for other products. It is also very easy to disassemble the parts in contact with the product in cases where you need to perform full sterilization. With a little technical know-how, you can easily remove the auger from the feed channel.
6. RBS-H125K powder and granule conveying screw is completely made of SUS 304 stainless steel. It complies with GMP, FDA and other sanitary production norms.
7. Thanks to its fully grounded chassis, emergency stop button and insulated cables, it complies with the occupational safety law numbered 6331. You do not need to make an extra renovation.
8. Thanks to the height adjustment of the discharge nozzle in the product, you can work at heights between 165-195 cm in our standard model with a simple adjustment. In addition, for heights lower than 160 cm, you can transfer without dust and product loss with the spiral and cloth hose available from our company.

• You can request an in-bunker mixer. This option is especially ideal for your products that separate from each other over time and need to be constantly mixed to ensure homogeneity.
• You can add flow rate adjustment for the feeding screw. Your sensitive products can run at different speeds according to your production speed.
• You can request vibration for products with low fluidity. For your products with low fluidity and flow problems, we can add vibration with different powers and features, working continuously or at different time intervals.
