General Features of RES--MFCL2P Fully Automatic Pneumatic Industrial Liquid Filling Line
- The fully automatic industrial liquid filling line is designed especially for our customers who are engaged in medium-scale production and expanding their business, to enable you to switch from semi-automatic production machines to a fully automatic system without breaking your budget.
- Our machine has a small footprint, but is as functional and high capacity as large industrial filling lines.
- Within the same line, there are 4 different stations in total, each of these stations operate synchronously with each other.
- Fully Automatic Liquid Filling Line is a fully domestic production and design machine, all design and development stages were developed by our own engineers and automation team in RENAS R&D unit, it is the first domestic production table top fully automatic line in Turkey.
- The price policy followed by our company regarding this fully automatic industrial filling line aims to earn from the version, in addition, our company aims to make this customer group a fully automatic line at the price of semi-automatic machines sold by our competitors in the market, in order to support manufacturers who make boutique or medium-sized manufacturing in our country, as a social responsibility.
- Although the Liquid Filling Line is a complicated system and its capacity almost reaches the capacity of a line with 4 nozzles, it can be operated by only one operator thanks to its ergonomic structure.
- It does not require Industrial Electricity, you can easily operate it even with a compressor with a volume of only 30 liters in models with standard filling system. With a change we can make in the cover unit, we can operate without the need for air.
- The system operates incredibly quietly, the total noise is around 60 db for standard models, i.e. almost like a standard human conversation, with no disturbance in the working environment.
RES-MFCL2P Fully Automatic Liquid Filling Line Working Principle
In total, our line has 4 separate stations working synchronously with each other.
- First station: Feeding Tray, this tray, which is completely made of SUS 304 stainless steel, with speed adjustment, feeds the bottles you have arranged on it to the turntable, the system automatically takes the bottles arranged on this tray.
- Second station: Filling station, in this station, the bottles are taken from the feeding tray and filled on the rotary table automatically, CYD series pneumatic liquid filling machine comes standard with our machine for free,
- Third station: This station is for capping the bottle that has been filled in the filling station, in the standard machine the cap feeding system is manual, but as an option you can also get a 5th station, i.e. automatic capping station, and our capping system can be designed to be able to cap spray or timing caps, vial caps, metal plaster caps, Twistoff or any other type of caps according to your needs. In this station, the system that comes with the standard machine is designed to close screw caps.
- Fourth station: In this station, the cylindrical bottles that have been filled and capped in the previous stations are labeled in a fully automatic way. The standard labeller that comes with the machine is designed for labeling round bottles, but as an option you can also get it to label flat bottles, double-sided bottles or flat bottles.
Optional Features that can be added to RES-MFCL2P Pneumatic Liquid Filling Line
Shutdown Unit:
- Spray and Timing Cap Capping System: By adapting this capping system in the Liquid Filling Line, you can easily make all spray caps, beaked caps, timing caps and all screw caps without making separate capping molds, just by adjusting.
- Twistoff Capping System: Thanks to this feature to be added to the Liquid Filling Line, you can seamlessly close the Twistoff metal caps used to make a vacuum effect in products such as honey, jam, pickles, etc.
- Vial Capping System: Thanks to this feature to be added to the Liquid Filling Line, we can roll up the vial caps.
- Flush Lid Closure System: Especially you can add this option to your covers that close with top printing, without any price difference. we can apply.
Labeling Unit:
- Cylindrical Plastering System: Especially for your bottles that are at risk of potting and blistering. By applying pressure to your bottle, it plasters the label and minimizes the risk of potting.
- Flat Single Sided Labeling: This option is designed for single sided labels on flat surface bottles and comes with extra top and side alignment conveyors.
