ROD-K300U - Operation of Cream Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

1. The empty cream tube is placed in the machine's tube magazine with turntable.
2. The cream tube is then turned to the correct sealing direction at the next station, the photocell station, by means of the photocell label on the cream tube.
3. The empty cream tube is then taken to the filling station. The product is filled into the empty cream tube.
4. The cream tube filled with the product comes to the sealing station and the two mouths of the tube are sealed together with heat.
5. The back section of the glued tube is taken to the flattening station and prepared for the shaping process.
6. The tube ready to be shaped is taken to the shaping station, where the pattern and date are printed.
7. Any excess that arises during the forming process is cut off at the residual cutting station to a standard size.
8. At the last station, the unloading station, the finished product, which has been filled, shaped and expired, is discharged from the magazine.
