1. With ROD-K400U ultrasonic fully automatic cream tube filling and sealing machine, you can fill products such as cream, skin mask, skin care products, make-up removal milks, honey, jam, molasses.

ROD-K400U - How the Cream Tube Filling and Sealing Machine Works

1. Empty Cream Tubes  are arranged in sufficient quantity in the cream tube feeding hopper, this hopper can hold between 50 and 300 cream tubes depending on the size of the cream tube.
2. The machine takes the tube itself from the Cream Tube chamber and places it on the turntable.
3. The cream tube is then turned to the next station, the photocell station, by means of the photocell speckle on the top of the cream tube in the direction of the correct sealing of the cream tube.
4. The empty cream tube is then taken to the filling station. The product is filled into the empty cream tube.
5. The cream tube filled with the product comes to the sealing station and the two mouths of the tube are sealed together with sound waves without the use of heat. Thanks to this sealing feature, the tube does not release itself afterwards. 
6. The back section of the glued tube comes to the excess cutting station and the excess is cut off and the glued place is provided with a perfect appearance.
7. If you have also purchased the puncture control station option during the order, this station checks whether the tube is adhered correctly by applying pressure to the tube from the sides. 
8. At the unloading station, which is the last station, the filled, glued and finished tube is thrown from the turntable and made ready for sale..
