1. The fully automatic capping machine has been developed for capping all screw caps with flat or cylindrical surfaces or with few corners.
2. The most important feature of the machine is that before tightening the cap, the cap is nailed from a chamber on the bottle with the help of a vibrating tray. Thanks to this feature, the number of personnel required during production will be reduced by one person. However, we recommend this model only for products where you use only one type of cap. Separate feeding tray and clamping apparatus must be made for each type of cap.
3. The ROK-V1AF fully automatic screw capping machine is ready for tightening at the first station by driving your cap onto the bottle. At this station, it applies pressure on the cap of the bottle from the top and ensures that the cap fits on the thread bearing. Then the capped bottle comes to the second station, the cap tightening station, and tightens the cap by applying power from the top and turning it in the tightening direction for the amount of time you specify.
4. The clamping mechanism we use can be produced with torque adjustment for your sensitive lids. We can produce the cover mold of our machine from many materials such as kestamid, polyamid, polyethylene, aluminum, brass etc. according to your needs.
5. The clamping motors of the machine are among the A++ class motors with high induction torque. Compared to standard asynchronous motors, they last longer and heat up later. On the other hand, it takes up very little space. It does not require frequent maintenance. Although each of the motors is 60W, they can produce the same power as 250-watt motors. In addition, the speed settings of the right and left motors of the ROK-V1AF Fully Automatic Screw Cap Tightening Machine can be adjusted separately. Thanks to this feature, it provides trouble-free closure even on sensitive covers.
6. The standard conveyor belt is made of hard pallet. It has a much longer life compared to PVC belts. On the other hand, in case of damage to the conveyor belt, it is not necessary to replace the entire belt; it is sufficient to replace only the damaged part. In this respect, you can get it repaired with small expenses.
7. 100% domestic production. All of the design, drawing, cutting, bending, processing and automation stages of the machine are carried out in our own facilities.
