Operating Mode of the Face Mask Filling and Sealing Machine
We can summarize the operating mode and sequence of the machine as follows:
- The empty cream tube is manually placed into the tube mold on the machine's rotary table.
- Then, at the next station, the photo cell station, the cream tube is rotated to the correct sealing direction using the photo cell mark on the cream tube.
- Next, the empty cream tube is taken to the filling station. The product is filled into the empty cream tube.
- The filled cream tube is then taken to the sealing station where the two ends of the tube are sealed together using sound waves, without heat.
- The excess material produced during the sealing process is cut at the trimming station, bringing it to a standard size.
- At the final station, the discharge station, the filled, shaped, and finished product, with the expiration date marked (date feature is optional in our machine), is ejected from the conveyor.
